Kim Rist

Assistant Vice President, Human Resources

Kim Rist, SPHR, SHRM-CP, has more than 25 years experience in human resources leadership and guidance in medium to large organizations. She works with leaders across the company to support business goals and strategies by implementing a human resources organization focused on effectiveness, efficiency and the process of meeting dynamic needs. She reports to David Doeren, chief operating officer.

Kim is helping to accelerate Allsup’s transformation through an ongoing benefits program evolution, as well as talent attraction and retention. In addition, she focuses on implementing human resource management strategies that ensure a high performing and motivated workforce.

Her background and responsibilities include benefits and compensation, employee relations, leadership development and performance management, payroll and program administration. As a human capital management specialist, she emphasizes the value of the people resources within companies through organizational growth and change.

Prior to joining the company in 2005, she spent nine years in human resources with the American Water Company. Kim has a bachelor of science degree in sociology from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)-National and Metro East chapters.
