Jocelyn Holland is Disability Associate Program Manager at Allsup and has more than 13 years of experience working in the Social Security Disability Insurance program. She interacts with associates and Social Security hearing office staff to effectively support Allsup SSDI claimants through the hearing process at the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearing Operations (formerly the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review). Her focus is managing quality of service and customer issues for Allsup while customers’ claims are pending, both pre- and post-hearing.
Ms. Holland’s extensive background in the Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) application process includes positions as an Information Specialist and Appeals Analyst for Allsup, and involved direct interactions with hundreds of SSDI claimants. As she educated applicants on the SSDI process and developed their claims, she gained insight into the program and claimant experiences. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Mississippi.
